Thereafter the banker spends time in resolving queries of customers, either electronically through emails or through phone calls or through in-person discussions. This continues till about 3:00 PM. Thereafter, the bankers typically close their customer interactions and focus their attention towards the internal processes and procedures. As one grows in a banking career one also gets to specialize in certain areas like corporate banking, investment banking, banking led insurance etc.
