What does an Office Executive do?

In any organization, there are personnel who work in the secretarial assistance work. These are the Office Executives. Usually they are required for record keeping and maintenance, billing and data management. Apart from private organizations, there are many central and state government departments where Office Executives are required. In government set-up they are called clerical staff.
