Bachelor of Architecture
Eligibility

5 year full time course

Candidates shall be eligible for admission to the First Year of the Bachelors’ Degree programme in Architecture and Planning if they have obtained at least 50% marks in aggregate, with Mathematics as a subject of the examination at the Higher Secondary or equivalent (10+2) level.

This five-year two-stage programme, has a first stage consisting of six semesters of full time studies and a second stage consisting of one semester of full time studies followed by one semester of practical training in professional offices, ending in final two semesters of full-time study. In the second stage each student is required to write a research-based dissertation, prepare for a seminar and present a design thesis along with advanced level courses and elective.

Admission to the Bachelors’ Degree programme in Architecture and Planning is through Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) .

Bachelor of Planning
Eligibility

4 year full time course. 

Candidates shall be eligible for admission to the First Year of the Bachelors’ Degree programme in Architecture and Planning if they have obtained at least 50% marks in aggregate, with Mathematics as a subject of the examination at the Higher Secondary or equivalent (10+2) level.

Students admitted to this four year intensive undergraduate degree programme are provided with broad knowledge and skills necessary to plan for the integrated and balanced development of  human settlements and areas of varying sizes. Through studios the students are gradually rained to acquire knowledge and skills for the preparation oflayout plans, local area plans, zonal plans, master plans.  and regional plans. In the eighth semester, each student pursues independent research work to complete her thesis project.

Master of Architecture (Architectural Conservation)
Eligibility

It is a 2 year programme.
Eligibility: Bachelors’ degree in Architecture or Planning of a recognized University or equivalent.

Master of Building Engineering and Management
Eligibility

Bachelors’ degree in Building Engineering or Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering or Building Science or Architecture of a recognized University or equivalent, or Five-Year Diploma in
Construction Technology of a recognized University or an institution established by an act of Parliament or State Legislature.

Master of Urban Design
Eligibility

It is a 2 year program.
Bachelors’ degree in Architecture orPlanning of a recognized University or equivalent.

M.Design (Industrial Design)
Eligibility

Bachelors’ degree in Architecture of a recognized University or equivalent or • Bachelors’ degree in Engineering / Design / Fine Arts of a recognized University or equivalent with valid CEED score (mandatory for candidates not having Bachelors’ degree in Architecture ) from the approved streams.

Eligibility

Bachelors’ degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture or Planning of a recognized University or equivalent, or Masters’ Degree in Planning or equivalent postgraduate diploma of a recognized University or institution, or Certificate of completion of the Pre-Landscape course of the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi.
