Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan is an institution dedicated to the promotion of education and Indian culture. With a long and distinguished history, the Bhavan was founded as a charitable public trust in 1938 by Dr K.M.Munshi, with the blessings of Mahatma Gandhi. It counts among its founder members such illustrious names as Dr Rajendra Prasad, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, Shri C. Rajagopalachari, Sardar Patel and several other prominent statesmen, scholars and leaders of the country. Today, from modest beginnings, the Bhavan has grown into a veritable intellectual, cultural and educational movement – whose excellence echoes out of 360 constituent institutions and 117 Kendras in India , besides 8 in countries overseas.The Bhavan's Sardar Patel College of Communications & Management has been offering a variety of management programs since 1967.
