Psychologists teach in universities, colleges and schools; and many psychologists provide counseling services and psychotherapy. Psychologists also develop psychometric tools and assessments to measure various aspects of behavior. They also use various tools and techniques for diagnosis of mental conditions and illnesses. Some psychologists diagnose mental and behavioral problems that are related to brain injuries. Some psychologists do research and work on improving the performance in organisations and some time sports also.
