Courses & Eligibility
To be an Insurance executive minimum qualification needed is graduation. Many organisations take BBA / BBM / BBS qualified people as executives some may not have this criteria. Many companies take 10+2 students in direct sales and train them as per the needs of the company. LIC of India takes graduates for the post of Direct Sales Executives which are advertised from time to time and preference is given to Bachelor/ Diploma in Marketing/ Management. Selections are made on the basis of a written test, followed by an Interview of candidates who qualify in the written test. The written test is an objective Sales Aptitude Test. There are some short term courses in sales available with institutes in India.
