Typically, a fresh MBA graduate from a decent university or Institute, gets anywhere between Rs.2 to Rs.5 Lakhs per Annum. A Business Managers' typical day varies depending upon his/her level of seniority and years of experience. However, for a young, starting level Business Manager, the day begins early as with the advent of blackberry’s and smart phones, the Emails from Clients and supervising managers start coming in, quite early in the day.
Once the manager reaches the office, typically he/she gets briefing from his supervising manager, thereafter, he and his team of junior executives start calling / Emailing the clients for meetings or business discussions. The major part of the day is spent in going for new client pitches and meetings. Usually the evening part is spent in making preparations for client sales presentations and in sending follow up Emails.
